Hello,
If you have always had regular 28-30 day cycles, this recent disturbance in the periods should be investigated definitely. Your symptoms are not specific for an early pregnancy. If you have not had a period for more than a month, are sexually active without any contraception, please get a HPT done with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can also get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres for an earlier and better confirmation. If positive, please get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the location of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy and viability to plan further management. Hope this helps.
